FADE IN:
1 EXT. PALM BEACH, FLORIDA - SUNRISE
1
Aerial drone shot of luxurious oceanfront properties bathed in the golden light of dawn. The camera gradually descends toward an opulent high-rise condominium with "TRUMP" emblazoned in gold letters.
ARJAY (V.O.)
The rich have always gravitated to beautiful places.
And the Russian rich? They particularly love southern
Florida. A little slice of tropical paradise where money
can buy anything... and questions are rarely asked.
2 INT. LUXURY CONDOMINIUM - CONTINUOUS
2
A wealthy RUSSIAN BUSINESSMAN (60s, imposing) stands at the floor-to-ceiling windows of his penthouse apartment, gazing out at the ocean view. His PHONE RINGS. He answers it in Russian, his face gradually transforming from calm to shock.
RUSSIAN BUSINESSMAN
(in Russian, subtitled)
What do you mean fifty million dollars? That's impossible!
ARJAY (V.O.)
When you have billions, you don't expect to wake up
with fifty million dollars missing. But for twenty-five
of Russia's wealthiest oligarchs, that's exactly
what happened. Twenty-five individuals with combined
wealth of over two hundred billion dollars...
and connections all the way to the Kremlin.
The Russian businessman hurls his phone across the room in rage.
CLOSE ON: The shattered phone on the marble floor. As the camera pans across the broken screen, a small DIGITAL LOGO appears briefly before the screen goes black.
ARJAY (V.O.)
My name is Arjay. And this is how we took on the men
who help keep Vladimir Putin in power.
FADE IN:
3 INT. NETWORK OPERATIONS CENTER NORTHERN ARIZONA - NIGHT
3
This is the Robin Hood Virus Command Center showing a video wall with a 24-ft. 55" LCD video wall with 17 screens capable of displaying 12 companies each, including interactive touch.
The large center screen is used to display various data, such as a running total of
DOLLARS EXTRACTED TO DATE and DONATION TOTAL TO DATE. We will update totals as we get them. (initial totals are: $1,564,000,000 and $1,528,000,000).
ARJAY (60s, intense, brilliant) sits before a complex setup of monitors. The light from the screens illuminates his focused face.
ARJAY (V.O.)
People love to talk about the Russian mob,
the drug cartels, the terrorists. But the real power
brokers? They wear tailored suits, fly private jets,
and own everything from luxury hotels to
professional sports teams.
ON SCREEN: Photos and financial data of various Russian oligarchs flicker across multiple monitors.
ARJAY
PAULA, what do you think about these wire transfer protocols?
PAULA (50s, sharp, technically brilliant) leans over his shoulder, examining the code.
PAULA
They've updated their security since our last
penetration. But nothing we can't handle.
The question is, are you sure about this target list?
ARJAY
These aren't random billionaires.
Every name on this list has direct ties to the Kremlin's
cyber warfare operations. The same operations that
have been destabilizing democracies worldwide.
Arjay pulls up a complex network diagram showing connections between the oligarchs, Russian intelligence agencies, and various cyber operations.
PAULA
And you're sure about the financial connections?
ARJAY
(nodding)
Their money funds the hackers, the troll farms,
the entire infrastructure. And we're about
to send them a very expensive message.
PACO (50s, former military, practical) enters the room carrying coffee cups.
PACO
Fifty million each is one hell of a message.
That's over a billion dollars total.
ARJAY
Money they've stolen from their own people.
Money that's going back to those who need it most.
PACO hands coffee to both Arjay and PAULA.
PACO
You know they're not going to just roll over.
These people have resources, connections.
ARJAY
That's exactly what I'm counting on.
PAULA
(looking at her screen)
We've gained access to Mordashov's personal
accounts. Systems are mirrored. We're ready
to move on target one.
ARJAY (V.O.)
The Russian oligarchs aren't just
billionaires. They're the financial backbone
of a system designed to undermine democracy
around the world. And they'd been operating
with impunity... until now.
CUT TO:
4 EXT. MOSCOW - FINANCIAL DISTRICT - DAY
4
Establishing shot of gleaming skyscrapers against the Moscow skyline.
5 INT. MORDASHOV'S OFFICE - CONTINUOUS
5
ALEKSEY MORDASHOV (60s, refined but intimidating) is in the middle of a meeting with several EXECUTIVES when his SECURITY CHIEF bursts in.
SECURITY CHIEF
(in Russian, subtitled)
Sir, there's been a breach. Our banking systems have been compromised.
MORDASHOV
(in Russian, subtitled)
What are you talking about?
The Security Chief hands him a tablet. Mordashov's face pales as he reads.
MORDASHOV
(in Russian, subtitled)
Fifty million dollars? How is this possible?
SECURITY CHIEF
(in Russian, subtitled)
We don't know yet, sir. But there's something else.
He takes back the tablet and pulls up another screen. A distinctive LOGO appears - the Robin Hood Virus symbol.
MORDASHOV
(in Russian, subtitled)
Find out who did this. Now.
CUT TO:
6 INT. KREMLIN - SECURE MEETING ROOM - LATER THAT DAY
6
A tense gathering of RUSSIAN OFFICIALS and several OLIGARCHS including VLADIMIR LISIN and LEONID MIKHELSON. At the head of the table sits a KREMLIN SECURITY DIRECTOR (50s, stern, ex-military).
KREMLIN SECURITY DIRECTOR
(in Russian, subtitled)
Gentlemen, as of this morning, twenty-five of our
most prominent business leaders have been targeted
in what appears to be a coordinated cyber attack.
VLADIMIR PUTIN (70s) enters the room. Everyone stands immediately.
PUTIN
(in Russian, subtitled)
Sit. Tell me what we know.
KREMLIN SECURITY DIRECTOR
(in Russian, subtitled)
Each target has had exactly fifty million dollars
withdrawn from their accounts through a series
of untraceable transactions. The attacks bear
the signature of a group calling themselves
the Robin Hood Virus.
LISIN
(in Russian, subtitled)
And our security services have no idea who
they are or where they're operating from?
PUTIN
(in Russian, subtitled)
They have caused us major trouble before.
More importantly, what do they want?
The Security Director pulls up a message on the large screen.
ON SCREEN: A warning in both Russian and
English that states the oligarchs are being
targeted for their support of cyber warfare operations,
with a threat of additional $50 million
transfers every 30 days if they continue.
PUTIN
(in Russian, subtitled)
This is not just a criminal act.
This is a direct challenge to Russia itself.
MIKHELSON
(in Russian, subtitled)
They've left their logo embedded in our systems.
It continues to appear on financial documents.
They're watching us.
Putin stares at the Robin Hood Virus logo on the screen, his expression hardening.
PUTIN
(in Russian, subtitled)
Find them. Use whatever resources necessary.
This will not stand.
CUT TO:
7 INT. FBI CYBER DIVISION - WASHINGTON D.C. - DAY
7
A bustling office of the FBI's cyber crime unit. SPECIAL AGENT DIANA CHEN (40s, brilliant, no-nonsense) is reviewing data on her computer when her boss, ASSISTANT DIRECTOR WALSH (50s), approaches.
WALSH
Chen, got a minute?
CHEN
What's up?
WALSH
Something big just happened. Twenty-five Russian
oligarchs just had their accounts hit
simultaneously. Fifty million each.
CHEN
(impressed despite herself)
That's over a billion dollars.
Who could pull off something like that?
WALSH
That's what I need you to find out.
The Treasury Department is already involved,
and the White House is paying attention.
The Russians are pointing fingers at us.
CHEN
Of course they are.
WALSH
There's something else. The hackers left a
calling card. Something called the Robin Hood Virus.
Chen's expression changes subtly - recognition.
WALSH
You know something about this?
CHEN
I've heard rumors. A sophisticated group targeting
financial institutions. They redirect
funds from major corporations and wealthy
individuals to various charities and
nonprofit organizations.
WALSH
Well, now they've gone international. And they've
targeted individuals with direct connections
to the Kremlin. This could escalate quickly.
CHEN
I'll look into it.
WALSH
Do that. And Chen? This is top priority.
Director wants daily updates.
As Walsh walks away, Chen turns back to her computer and begins typing rapidly.
CHEN
(to herself)
Who are you, Robin Hood?
CUT TO:
8 INT. NETWORK OPERATIONS CENTER NORTHERN ARIZONA – NIGHT
8
The team is monitoring multiple screens showing news reports in various languages about the hack.
PAULA
We're trending on every major news outlet worldwide.
PACO
The Russians are already blaming the U.S. government.
ARJAY
Perfect. Let them look in the wrong direction.
PAULA
Phase one is complete. All twenty-five
transfers confirmed. The money has been
routed through our network of shells and is being
redistributed according to protocol.
ARJAY
And our presence in their systems?
PAULA
Fully embedded. They can't remove our monitoring
capabilities without taking down their entire
financial infrastructure.
PACO
(looking at another screen)
We've got movement. Three of the oligarchs
are organizing a private meeting in Zurich.
Appears they don't trust their own communications
networks anymore.
ARJAY
(smiling)
Good. They're learning.
PACO
You think they'll comply with our demands?
ARJAY
No. They'll fight back. Which is exactly what we want.
PAULA
(confused)
What? Why would we want that?
ARJAY
Because when they fight back, they'll expose
themselves. And we'll get what we really came for.
PACO
Which is?
ARJAY
The evidence that links them directly to
international cyber terrorism and election
interference. The connections that even their
own government denies exist.
PAULA
(impressed)
The money transfers were just bait.
ARJAY
(nodding)
Follow the money, find the truth. And we're
about to follow fifty billion dollars' worth.
ARJAY (V.O.)
The thing about the ultra-wealthy is that
they hate losing even a small fraction of
their fortune. And when they get angry, they
get sloppy. The hack wasn't just about the
money. It was about provoking a reaction
that would expose what
they'd been hiding all along.
CUT TO:
9 EXT. LUXURY YACHT - MEDITERRANEAN SEA - DAY
9
Aerial shot of a massive private yacht cruising through crystal blue waters.
10 INT. YACHT - MAIN SALON - CONTINUOUS
10
ROMAN ABRAMOVICH (55, confident, powerful) sits with MIKHAIL FRIDMAN and OLEG DERIPASKA. All three men look tense despite the luxurious surroundings.
FRIDMAN
(in Russian, subtitled)
Our technical teams have confirmed it.
The intrusion is still active.
They're monitoring everything.
DERIPASKA
(in Russian, subtitled)
I've had to move critical communications
to completely isolated systems.
Even then, I don't trust them.
ABRAMOVICH
(in Russian, subtitled)
The question is, what do they know?
How much have they seen?
A beat of uncomfortable silence as the three men exchange meaningful glances.
FRIDMAN
(in Russian, subtitled)
If they've accessed the protocols
for the American operation...
DERIPASKA
(in Russian, subtitled)
Then we have much bigger problems than
fifty million dollars.
ABRAMOVICH
(in Russian, subtitled)
We need to contact Mikhas. The Brotherhood
needs to handle this... permanently.
CUT TO:
11 INT. FBI CYBER DIVISION - CHEN'S OFFICE - NIGHT
11
Chen is working late, surrounded by files and data on the Robin Hood Virus. Her colleague, AGENT TORRES (30s, tech-savvy), enters with coffee.
TORRES
Thought you could use this.
CHEN
Thanks. I'm getting nowhere tracking these
transfers. Whoever designed this system is
operating on another level.
TORRES
What's interesting is that the previous Robin Hood
attacks got Russia out of Ukraine. They also went
after Wall Street execs, big tech companies,
and pharmaceutical giants.
CHEN
So why the shift to Russian oligarchs?
TORRES
Maybe it's opportunistic. Or maybe...
CHEN
Maybe what?
TORRES
Maybe they found something bigger. Maybe they
enjoy poking the Russian bear.
Chen pulls up profiles of the targeted oligarchs.
CHEN
These aren't random targets. Every one of
these individuals has been suspected of connections
to Russian intelligence operations. Some
were even on the Treasury Department's
watchlist after 2016.
TORRES
You think this is about election interference?
CHEN
Yes, I think it's about exposing something the
Russians don't want exposed. And I think
whoever is behind this is sitting on evidence
that even we don't have.
TORRES
If that's true, then the Robin Hood Virus
might be doing our job for us.
CHEN
(grimly)
Which makes them either our best lead...
or our biggest problem.
FADE IN:
12 EXT. ZURICH - UPSCALE HOTEL - DAY
12
Establishing shot of a discreet, ultra-luxury hotel in Zurich's financial district.
13 INT. HOTEL - PRIVATE CONFERENCE ROOM - CONTINUOUS
13
A meeting of several oligarchs including KERIMOV, POTANIN, and
MELNICHENKO. They're joined by a tech security specialist, DMITRI VOLKOV (40s, intense, brilliant).
VOLKOV
(in Russian, subtitled)
The intrusion is unlike anything I've seen before.
They've created a persistent presence in your
systems that conventional security
measures cannot remove.
POTANIN
(in Russian, subtitled)
Can you fix it or not?
VOLKOV
(in Russian, subtitled)
Not without taking your entire financial
infrastructure offline for days, possibly
weeks. And even then, I cannot guarantee success.
KERIMOV
(in Russian, subtitled) So what do you suggest?
VOLKOV
(in Russian, subtitled)
We need to understand who we're dealing with.
This isn't just hackers. This is a sophisticated
operation with significant resources.
MELNICHENKO
(in Russian, subtitled)
The Americans?
VOLKOV
(in Russian, subtitled)
No. If this were a government operation, they would
have different objectives. This group is surgical.
They want specific information.
POTANIN
(in Russian, subtitled)
What information?
VOLKOV
(in Russian, subtitled)
Based on their patterns of intrusion,
they're primarily focused on communications and
financial transfers related to your
cyber operations division.
The oligarchs exchange concerned looks.
KERIMOV
(in Russian, subtitled)
We need to bring in Solntsevskaya Brotherhood.
VOLKOV
(in Russian, subtitled)
With respect, sir, this isn't a problem that can be
solved with traditional methods.
These people aren't operating in physical space.
POTANIN
(in Russian, subtitled)
Everyone has a physical presence somewhere.
We just need to find theirs.
CUT TO:
14 INT. NETWORK OPERATIONS CENTER NORTHERN ARIZONA - CONTINUOUS
14
Arjay, PAULA, and PACO are monitoring the Zurich meeting through hidden surveillance.
PAULA
They're bringing in the Russian mob.
The Solntsevskaya Brotherhood.
PACO
(concerned)
That changes things. These aren't just
corporate security teams we're dealing with now.
ARJAY
Actually, this is exactly what we wanted.
The Brotherhood is the connecting tissue between the
oligarchs and their criminal enterprises.
They're the enforcers, the ones who
do the dirty work.
PAULA
You mean the contract killings,
the money laundering, the drug trafficking?
ARJAY
All of it. And now they're going to lead
us straight to the evidence we need.
PACO
By trying to kill us?
ARJAY
They have to find us first.
PAULA
(pointing to her screen)
They're making contact with someone
named Mikhas. Sergei Mikhailov.
ARJAY
The head of the Solntsevskaya Brotherhood.
He's been on Interpol's most wanted list
for years, but no one can ever pin anything on him
because he has protection from the highest levels.
PACO
So what's our next move?
ARJAY
We give them something to chase.
CUT TO:
15 INT. LUXURY CONDOMINIUM - MIAMI - DAY
15
ANDREY MELNICHENKO is on the phone, pacing nervously.
MELNICHENKO
(in Russian, subtitled)
They've made contact. They're demanding a meeting.
INTERCUT WITH:
16 INT. PRIVATE OFFICE - MOSCOW - SIMULTANEOUS
16
SERGEI MIKHAILOV (60s, cold, calculating) sits behind a desk, phone to his ear.
MIKHAILOV
(in Russian, subtitled)
Who exactly made contact?
MELNICHENKO
(in Russian, subtitled)
The hackers. They sent a message directly to my
private email. They're offering to remove
their system from our networks in
exchange for information.
MIKHAILOV
(in Russian, subtitled)
What information?
MELNICHENKO
(in Russian, subtitled)
They want confirmation of our involvement
in the American election operations.
Names, dates, amounts transferred.
MIKHAILOV
(in Russian, subtitled)
This is clearly a trap.
MELNICHENKO
(in Russian, subtitled)
Of course it is. But it's also an
opportunity to find out who they are.
MIKHAILOV
(in Russian, subtitled)
Where is this meeting supposed to take place?
MELNICHENKO
(in Russian, subtitled)
Berlin. In three days.
MIKHAILOV
(in Russian, subtitled)
I'll send a team. Do not attempt to
handle this yourself.
CUT TO:
17 INT. FBI HEADQUARTERS - CONFERENCE ROOM - DAY
17
Chen is giving a presentation to a group of senior FBI officials, including Director Walsh and representatives from the NSA and CIA.
CHEN
The Robin Hood Virus has now targeted
twenty-five Russian oligarchs, all with known
or suspected ties to the Kremlin. The total amount
transferred is approximately 1.25 billion dollars.
NSA REPRESENTATIVE
And we still have no idea who's behind this?
CHEN
We have theories but no concrete evidence.
What we do know is that they've maintained active
penetration of the oligarchs' networks.
They're still gathering intelligence.
CIA REPRESENTATIVE
On what, exactly?
CHEN
Based on the systems they've targeted,
we believe they're looking for evidence of Russian
cyber operations, particularly those aimed
at election interference.
WALSH
So they're essentially conducting an
intelligence operation that parallels our own efforts.
CHEN
Yes, but with one key difference. They've provoked
a response that we never could. The Russians are
scrambling, moving resources, changing protocols.
They're exposing their own infrastructure
in ways we've never seen before.
NSA REPRESENTATIVE
Are you suggesting we should allow this to continue?
CHEN
I'm suggesting that right now, they may be
generating intelligence that could be
valuable to national security.
CIA REPRESENTATIVE
Or they could be compromising our own operations.
CHEN
We don't know their motives, but their
actions so far have exclusively targeted
individuals on our own watchlists.
WALSH
What's your recommendation, Agent Chen?
CHEN
Monitor but don't interfere. At least not yet.
Let's see what they uncover. And be
ready to move when they do.
CUT TO:
18 INT. NETWORK OPERATIONS CENTER NORTHERN ARIZONA – NIGHT
18
The team is preparing surveillance equipment and reviewing security protocols.
PACO
Berlin is risky. The Brotherhood will
send professionals.
ARJAY
That's why we won't actually be there.
But our surveillance will be.
PAULA
Everything's in place. The hotel room is wired
with cameras and microphones. The moment they enter,
we'll have their faces and voices.
PACO
And then what? We're still dealing with
people who kill for a living.
ARJAY
We're not trying to take down the Brotherhood.
We're using them to map the connections back
to their masters. Every person they send, every
communication they make, gets us one step closer
to the evidence we need.
PAULA
(looking at her screen)
Speaking of communications, I just
intercepted a secure call between Mikhailov
and Vladimir Potanin.
They're discussing contingency plans if the Berlin meeting doesn't yield results.
ARJAY
Let me hear it.
PAULA plays the audio.
We hear the conversation in Russian with
English subtitles appearing on a screen.
MIKHAILOV (ON RECORDING)
(in Russian, subtitled)
If we cannot locate them through conventional
means, we'll need to accelerate the transfer
of the Solntsevo operations.
POTANIN (ON RECORDING)
(in Russian, subtitled)
The American network is not fully in place yet.
MIKHAILOV
(ON RECORDING)
(in Russian, subtitled)
It will have to be. Redirect
resources from the Caribbean operation. We need
the new infrastructure operational
within two weeks.
ARJAY
(excited)
That's it! The American network. The Caribbean
operation. They're moving their cyber warfare
infrastructure.
PAULA
But to where?
ARJAY
That's what Berlin will tell us.
CUT TO:
19 EXT. BERLIN - LUXURY HOTEL - NIGHT
19
Establishing shot of an upscale hotel in Berlin.
20 INT. HOTEL CORRIDOR - CONTINUOUS
20
Three PROFESSIONAL HITMEN, clearly members of the Solntsevskaya Brotherhood, approach a hotel room door with extreme caution.
They're well-dressed but clearly armed.
21 INT. HOTEL ROOM - CONTINUOUS
21
The room is empty except for a laptop sitting open on a desk. The screen displays a countdown timer: 00:10, 00:09, 00:08...
22 INT. HOTEL CORRIDOR - CONTINUOUS
22
The lead hitman uses a keycard to unlock the door.
23 INT. HOTEL ROOM - CONTINUOUS
23
The door opens. The hitmen enter cautiously, weapons drawn.
LEAD HITMAN
(in Russian, subtitled)
Clear the room.
They spread out, checking closets and the bathroom. The countdown on the laptop continues: 00:05, 00:04...
SECOND HITMAN
(in Russian, subtitled)
No one's here. The lead hitman approaches the laptop.
LEAD HITMAN
(in Russian, subtitled)
What is this?
CLOSE ON: The laptop screen as the countdown reaches 00:00.
The screen changes to display the Robin Hood Virus logo. Then, a video call connects automatically.
Arjay's face appears on the screen, digitally altered to protect his identity.
ARJAY
(in Russian, subtitled)
Good evening, gentlemen. Thank you
for coming to our meeting.
LEAD HITMAN
(in Russian, subtitled)
Who are you?
ARJAY
(in Russian, subtitled)
Someone who knows about your operations in America.
The Solntsevo Brotherhood's expansion
into Miami, New York, and the Caribbean.
The hitmen exchange worried glances.
ARJAY
(in Russian, subtitled)
Tell Mikhailov and his oligarch friends that we
now have confirmation of their cyber
warfare network. We know about the connections
to the Trump properties in Florida.
We know about the money laundering through real estate.
LEAD HITMAN
(in Russian, subtitled)
You know nothing.
ARJAY
(in Russian, subtitled)
I know that in forty-eight hours,
another fifty million dollars will be
transferred from each of your bosses' accounts
unless they cease all cyber operations against
democratic institutions worldwide.
LEAD HITMAN
(pulls out his gun)
(in Russian, subtitled)
We will find you.
ARJAY
(in Russian, subtitled)
You're welcome to try. But first, you might want
to explain to your bosses how you lost this.
The hitman looks confused. Then, his phone beeps. He checks it and his face pales.
CLOSE ON: His phone screen showing a bank notification that 10 million dollars has just been transferred out of an account.
ARJAY
(in Russian, subtitled)
That's from Mikhailov's personal offshore
account. Consider it a demonstration. We can reach
anyone, anywhere. The lead hitman fires his
gun at the laptop, destroying it.
CUT TO:
24 INT. NETWORK OPERATIONS CENTER NORTHERN ARIZONA – SIMULTANEOUS
24
Arjay, watching the feed cut out, leans back in his chair with a satisfied smile.
PAULA
That went well.
PACO
You just put targets on all our backs.
ARJAY
No, I just made sure they know we're not
bluffing. And more importantly, I confirmed our
suspicions about their American network.
PAULA
The Trump properties in Florida.
ARJAY
Exactly. Now we know where to look next.
PACO
(sighing)
Florida. Why is it always Florida?
FADE IN:
25 EXT. SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA - DAY
25
Aerial shot of the coastline with six gleaming Trump-branded residential towers visible along the beach.
ARJAY (V.O.)
Sunny Isles Beach. Known locally as "Little Moscow"
due to the high concentration of Russian residents
and businesses. Six Trump-branded towers stand
as monuments to Russian investment in American
real estate. But beneath the luxury and
glamour lies something much darker.
26 INT. FBI FIELD OFFICE - MIAMI - DAY
26
Agent Chen is working with local FBI agents, reviewing documents and digital evidence.
CHEN
The Robin Hood hackers have given us a lead
we can't ignore. There's a connection between
these Trump properties and Russian oligarchs
that goes beyond simple real estate investment.
MIAMI FBI AGENT
We've been monitoring some of these
individuals for years, but we've never been
able to establish the direct links to the
Kremlin or to organized crime.
CHEN
That's about to change. Yesterday, a known
Solntsevskaya Brotherhood operative made contact
with a resident in Trump Tower III. We have
surveillance photos.
She pulls up images showing a meeting between a BROTHERHOOD MEMBER and a RUSSIAN-AMERICAN BUSINESSMAN.
CHEN
This man, Viktor Zhukov, owns a tech company that
specializes in secure communications systems.
According to our intelligence, his clients include
several of the oligarchs targeted by
the Robin Hood Virus.
MIAMI FBI AGENT
You think he's part of their cyber operations?
CHEN
I think he's part of the infrastructure the Russians
are trying to protect. And now, thanks to our
mystery hackers, he's on the move.
CUT TO:
27 INT. ARJAY'S TEMPORARY BASE - MIAMI - DAY
27
A rented luxury apartment with a view of the Trump towers. The team has set up a more mobile version of their tech headquarters.
PAULA
Zhukov's on the move. Just booked a flight
to St. Maarten in the Caribbean.
PACO
The Caribbean operation Mikhailov mentioned.
ARJAY
They're accelerating their plans.
Moving their infrastructure before
we can map it all.
PAULA
Should we follow him?
ARJAY
Not yet. First, we need to see what he's
leaving behind.
PACO
I've got access to the building's security system.
Zhukov lives in apartment 4501. Building manifests
show it's owned by a shell company linked to Mordashov.
ARJAY
What about physical security?
PACO
Heavy. Private security team in addition to the
building's regular staff. All entry points require
key cards or resident authorization.
ARJAY
Then we go in tonight.
CUT TO:
28 INT. KREMLIN - PUTIN'S PRIVATE OFFICE - NIGHT 28
Putin is meeting with Mikhailov and two senior intelligence officers.
PUTIN
(in Russian, subtitled)
The situation is becoming unacceptable. Now they're
threatening our American operations.
MIKHAILOV
(in Russian, subtitled)
We're taking measures, Vladimir Vladimirovich.
Moving critical infrastructure, changing protocols.
PUTIN
(in Russian, subtitled)
And yet they continue to siphon
funds from our most important allies. Another
250 million disappeared yesterday.
INTELLIGENCE OFFICER
(in Russian, subtitled)
We believe they're using the
money to fund opposition groups and humanitarian
aid organizations that work against our
interests globally.
PUTIN
(in Russian, subtitled)
I want them found. Use every resource at your disposal.
If they've penetrated our systems this
deeply, they must have left traces somewhere.
MIKHAILOV
(in Russian, subtitled)
What about the American authorities?
If they discover our network in Florida...
PUTIN
(in Russian, subtitled)
Then deny everything. The
properties are legally purchased. The businesses
are legitimate on paper. As always, there must be
no direct connection that can be proven.
MIKHAILOV
(in Russian, subtitled)
And Zhukov?
PUTIN
(in Russian, subtitled)
He knows the protocol if he's compromised.
CUT TO:
29 EXT. TRUMP TOWER III - NIGHT

Establishing shot of the gleaming residential tower against the night sky.
30 INT. TRUMP TOWER III - SECURITY ROOM - CONTINUOUS
30
A SECURITY GUARD is watching multiple camera feeds when his system suddenly glitches. All screens go blank for a moment, then return to normal - but now showing pre-recorded footage.
The guard frowns, taps his monitor, then shrugs it off.
31 INT. TRUMP TOWER III - HALLWAY - CONTINUOUS
31
Arjay and PACO, dressed as maintenance workers, move quietly down the corridor toward apartment 4501.
PAULA speaks to them through earpieces from their temporary base.
PAULA (V.O.)
Security cameras are looped. You've got ten
minutes before the system automatically resets.
PACO
(quietly)
Ten minutes should be plenty.
They reach the door. PACO attaches a small electronic device to the digital lock. After a few seconds, the door unlocks with a soft click.
32 INT. ZHUKOV'S APARTMENT - CONTINUOUS
32
Arjay and PACO enter cautiously. The apartment is luxurious but sparsely furnished, more like an office than a home.
ARJAY
Look for anything unusual. Hidden rooms, safes,
secure communications equipment.
They begin searching methodically. PACO checks behind artwork and furniture while Arjay examines the electronics.
PACO
(discovering something)
Arjay, check this out.
He's found a hidden panel in the wall that conceals a state-ofthe-art server room.
ARJAY
Jackpot.
He pulls out a specialized device and connects it to the main server.
ARJAY
PAULA, I'm sending you a direct feed.
This is a major communications hub.
PAULA (V.O.)
I see it. This isn't just for one operation.
This is coordinating multiple networks
across the US and Caribbean.
ARJAY
Download everything you can.
We need names, locations, financial trails.
As Arjay works, PACO continues searching the apartment.
PACO
(calling from another room)
I've found something else.
Arjay joins him in what appears to be a bedroom. PACO has discovered a hidden safe behind a painting.
ARJAY
Can you crack it?
PACO
Give me a minute.
He attaches another electronic device to the safe's keypad. After tense moments, the safe clicks open. Inside are several passports, bundles of cash in various currencies, and a small hard drive.
ARJAY
(picking up the hard drive)
This could be what we're looking for.
Suddenly, they hear the apartment door open. They freeze.
PACO
(whispering)
We've got company.
PAULA (V.O.)
That's impossible. There's no one in the elevator
or hallway cameras.
ARJAY
Then they've figured out we're here.
They hear footsteps approaching the bedroom. PACO draws a concealed weapon as Arjay pockets the hard drive.
A BROTHERHOOD OPERATIVE (40s, muscular, dangerous) appears in the doorway, gun already drawn.
BROTHERHOOD OPERATIVE
(in Russian, subtitled)
Don't move.
PACO
(to Arjay)
Get down!
PACO lunges at the operative as Arjay dives for cover. A brief but intense struggle ensues. The operative is clearly highly trained, but so is PACO.
QUICK CUTS of the fight: punches exchanged, furniture broken, a lamp crashes to the floor.
Finally, PACO gains the upper hand, knocking the operative unconscious.
PACO
(breathing heavily)
We need to go. Now.
ARJAY
(checking the hard drive)
Got what we came for.
PAULA (V.O.)
Hurry! Security's been alerted. Multiple guards
heading to your floor.
They rush out of the apartment and head for the service elevator.
CUT TO:
33 EXT. TRUMP TOWER III - MOMENTS LATER
33
Arjay and PACO emerge from a service entrance, walking calmly but quickly away from the building as security personnel rush toward the main entrance.
CUT TO:
34 INT. ARJAY'S TEMPORARY BASE - LATER THAT NIGHT
34
The team reviews their findings. Multiple screens display data from the server and hard drive.
PAULA
This is incredible. We've got the entire
communication structure of their American
operation. Contact lists, meeting locations,
financial transfers.
ARJAY
And direct links to the oligarchs. Look at this.
He points to a screen showing
financial transfers from several oligarchs
to accounts associated with cyber operations
targeting election systems.
PACO
This is the evidence we've been looking for.
The direct connection between Russian money
and attacks on democratic institutions.
ARJAY
Not just evidence of past operations.
This is their playbook for
upcoming interference as well. Planned
operations in multiple countries.
PAULA
What do we do with all this?
ARJAY
Two things. First, we use their own infrastructure
against them. Launch a virus through their
>secure network that will burn their entire
operation to the ground.
PACO
And second?
ARJAY
We make sure the world knows who's really behind
these attacks. Not just anonymous hackers or
mercenaries, but the oligarchs themselves,
with Putin's blessing.
PAULA
The FBI is already investigating. Agent Chen
is getting close.
ARJAY
Then let's give her what she needs to finish the job.
CUT TO:
35 INT. FBI FIELD OFFICE - MIAMI - DAWN
35
Chen arrives to find her team in a state of excitement.
MIAMI FBI AGENT
You need to see this. It came in an hour ago.
He leads her to a computer where an encrypted file has been received.
CHEN
What am I looking at?
MIAMI FBI AGENT
A data dump from our Robin Hood friends. Everything
we need to connect the Russian oligarchs directly to
cyber operations targeting U.S. elections
and critical infrastructure.
CHEN
(examining the data)
This is... this is unprecedented.
We've never had this level of detail before.
MIAMI FBI AGENT
There's more. They've installed something in
the Russians' own network. Some kind of virus that's
systematically destroying their infrastructure
from within.
CHEN
Can we trace the source?
MIAMI FBI AGENT
We've tried.
Whoever sent this covered their tracks perfectly.
But they left a message for you specifically.
He pulls up a text file.
ON SCREEN:
"Agent Chen - The evidence speaks for itself.
The oligarchs aren't just wealthy businessmen;
they're active participants in an ongoing campaign
against democracy worldwide. We've given you what
government agencies have been unable to
obtain for years.
Use it wisely. - RHV"
CHEN
They knew I was leading the investigation.
MIAMI FBI AGENT
What do you want to do?
CHEN
(determined)
Verify everything. If this checks
out, we move immediately. Coordinate with
Treasury for sanctions, Justice for indictments,
and Homeland Security for critical
infrastructure protection.
CUT TO:
36 INT. LUXURY YACHT - MEDITERRANEAN SEA - DAY
36
Mikhailov is meeting urgently with Mordashov, Abramovich, and several other oligarchs.
MIKHAILOV
(in Russian, subtitled)
Our American network has been
compromised. The virus is spreading through all
our secure systems.
MORDASHOV
(in Russian, subtitled)
Can it be contained?
MIKHAILOV
(in Russian, subtitled)
No. We're having to shut down everything.
Years of work, destroyed in hours.
ABRAMOVICH
(in Russian, subtitled)
And the evidence?
MIKHAILOV
(in Russian, subtitled)
In the hands of American authorities.
They're already moving to freeze additional assets.
The oligarchs exchange worried glances.
MORDASHOV
(in Russian, subtitled)
What will you tell Putin?
MIKHAILOV
(in Russian, subtitled)
The truth. That we've been outplayed by
an enemy we still cannot identify.
CUT TO:
37 INT. ARJAY'S TEMPORARY BASE - DAY
37
The team is watching news reports of the unfolding story.
Headlines announce "Russian Oligarchs Linked to Election
Interference" and "Treasury Department Freezes Billions in Russian
Assets."
PAULA
It's working. The evidence is being taken seriously.
PACO
And what about the money we transferred?
ARJAY
Already being put to good use.
He pulls up reports showing major donations to humanitarian aid organizations, free press initiatives in authoritarian countries, and cybersecurity infrastructure for democratic institutions.
PACO
Almost three and a half billion dollars.
Not bad for a few days' work.
PAULA
But they'll rebuild. The oligarchs
still have billions left.
ARJAY
True. But now the world knows exactly who they
are and what they're doing. The shadows
they operated in for so long are gone.
His phone beeps with an alert. He checks it.
ARJAY
It's time to move. Our presence here has been detected.
PAULA
Where to next?
ARJAY
(smiling slightly)
I hear the Caribbean is nice
this time of year.
CUT TO:
38 INT. FBI HEADQUARTERS - CONFERENCE ROOM - DAY
38
A high-level briefing is underway with representatives from multiple agencies. Chen is presenting.
CHEN
The Robin Hood Virus has effectively dismantled
a major Russian cyber operation on U.S. soil.
Their evidence has allowed us to freeze over
ten billion dollars in assets linked to
election interference and other
hostile actions.
NSA REPRESENTATIVE
And we still have no idea who they are?
CHEN
No. They're ghosts. But their methods
suggest a small team with extraordinary technical
capabilities and access to intelligence
that even we don't have.
CIA REPRESENTATIVE
Friendly actors or not, they've committed serious
crimes. Hacking, theft, international wire fraud.
CHEN
Yes. But they've also done something we've
been trying to do for years - expose the direct
connections between Russian oligarchs and
attacks on our democracy.
WALSH
What's your assessment of their next move?
CHEN
Based on the data they've acquired, I believe
they're tracking the Russians' Caribbean operation next.
St. Maarten, possibly extending to other
islands with banking secrecy laws.
WALSH
And should we try to stop them?
CHEN
(thoughtfully)
I think we should watch them. Learn from them.
And be ready to move when they expose the
next layer of this operation.
CUT TO:
39 EXT. ST. MAARTEN - SUNSET
39
A beautiful Caribbean sunset over crystal blue waters. A yacht moves slowly into the harbor.
40 INT. YACHT - CONTINUOUS
40
Arjay stands on the deck, looking at the island. PACO joins him.
PACO
You really think Zhukov is here?
ARJAY
I know he is. And with him, the next
piece of the puzzle.
PACO
The Russians will be expecting us now.
ARJAY
Good. Let them prepare. Let them worry.
It makes our job easier when they're scrambling.
PAULA
(CALLING FROM INSIDE)
Arjay! You need to see this.
They go inside where PAULA is watching a news broadcast. A REPORTER stands in front of Trump Tower in New York City.
REPORTER
(ON TV)
...sources close to the investigation confirm that
the evidence provided by the mysterious group
known as the
Robin Hood Virus has led to
indictments against several Russian nationals
with close ties to the Kremlin. The Justice Department
has announced charges related to election
interference, money laundering,
and cyber terrorism...
ARJAY
(smiling)
Phase one complete.
PACO
AND PHASE TWO?
ARJAY
Follow the money all the way to the top.
The oligarchs are just the beginning. There's a
whole network of enablers, from bankers to
lawyers to politicians.
PAULA
Including some very powerful Americans?
ARJAY
Especially them.
He looks back out at the
sunset, his expression resolute.
ARJAY (V.O.)
The thing about systemic corruption is that it
thrives in darkness. Our job isn't just to
take money from those who've stolen it; it's to
shine a light on the entire corrupt ecosystem.
The Russian oligarchs were just the first
domino. And now that we've pushed it,
the others will start to fall.
FADE TO BLACK.
FADE IN:
41 EXT. KREMLIN - NIGHT
41
Establishing shot of the Kremlin illuminated against the night sky.
42 INT. KREMLIN - PUTIN'S OFFICE - CONTINUOUS
42
Putin sits alone, looking at reports of the damage done by the Robin Hood Virus. His expression is cold, calculating.
A KNOCK at the door.
PUTIN
(in Russian, subtitled)
Enter.
An INTELLIGENCE OFFICER enters with a file.
INTELLIGENCE OFFICER
(in Russian, subtitled)
We may have identified them, sir.
He hands over the file. Putin opens it and studies the contents.
PUTIN
(in Russian, subtitled)
Are you certain?
INTELLIGENCE OFFICER
(in Russian, subtitled)
Not completely. But the pattern matches.
Former intelligence operatives turned
vigilantes. They've been on our radar before.
PUTIN
(in Russian, subtitled)
Find them. Use every resource we have.
INTELLIGENCE OFFICER
(in Russian, subtitled)
Yes, sir. And the oligarchs?
PUTIN
(in Russian, subtitled)
They've been compromised. We'll need to
distance ourselves, for now.
The intelligence officer nods and exits. Putin turns back to the window, his reflection visible in the glass.
PUTIN
(in Russian, subtitled, to himself)
This is not over.
CUT TO:
43 EXT. ST. MAARTEN BEACH - DAY
43
Arjay sits at a beach bar, sunglasses on, watching a luxurious beachfront property where security guards patrol.
His phone buzzes. He answers.
ARJAY
Go ahead.
PAULA (V.O.)
We've got movement. Zhukov's meeting with
representatives from three different banks
today. Something big is happening.
ARJAY
Keep monitoring. I want to know every person he
talks to, every document he signs.
He hangs up and signals for another drink. As the BARTENDER brings it over, Arjay notices a familiar face in the beach crowd - Agent Chen, pretending to be a tourist but clearly watching the same property she is.
Arjay smiles slightly, finishes his drink, and leaves money on the bar. As he walks away down the beach, we:
CROSS FADE TO:
44 INT. HOTEL ROOM - ST. MAARTEN - NIGHT
44
Arjay is working at his computer when PAULA enters excitedly.
PAULA
You were right.
They're moving money again - enormous sums,
through a network of offshore accounts.
ARJAY
All connected to the oligarchs we targeted?
PAULA
Yes, but there's something else. Some of the
accounts are linked to prominent Americans.
Including...
She pulls up financial records on the screen. We see the name "TRUMP" prominently displayed in connection with several transactions.
ARJAY
(satisfied)
Now we have the full picture.
PACO
(ENTERING)
And what do we do with it?
ARJAY
We do what we always do. Follow the money.
Take it back. And make sure everyone knows the truth.
He looks at the financial records on the screen, determination in his eyes.
ARJAY (V.O.)
The oligarchs learned a costly lesson.
No one is untouchable. No system is unhackable.
And as long as the powerful prey on the vulnerable,
we'll be there, watching. The Robin Hood Virus
isn't just a program. It's a promise.
CAMERA PULLS BACK from the hotel window, revealing the Caribbean night and the distant lights of luxury properties along the coastline.
FADE TO BLACK.
